Why use a broker when I can go to my own bank?

The Client
Adam's mortgage was coming to the end of its fixed rate term. As a client of Home of Mortgages, we approached him six months before the end of his fixed rate to discuss the options available to him. Adam's bank had also approached him with some rates and he decided to proceed with them.

The Challenge
Adam didn't have a challenge, he was comfortable that he had chosen the best product on the market without needing to seek advice. However, as interest rates continued to fall, so did the lenders offering to customers. The problem was, his lender was no longer contacting him to TELL him!!

The Solution
Fortunately, we did. Using our Rate Tracker service, we keep our clients informed of all falls in interest rates. Adam cancelled his product transfer with his bank and we provided his with a new lower rate. In fact, we did this THREE times over the course of the six months meaning Adam saved £120 a month on his payments by using our services. A very happy long term client that has already recommended us to friends.
