What’s new in 2023?

Thank you to all our existing clients for trusting us with your finances in 2022. We truly appreciate your business and enjoy playing our small part in helping you move forward with your life goals. The war on Ukraine, cost of living crisis, rising inflation & interest rate hikes will be the lasting big events affecting our finances in 2022. Looking forward into 2023, we have some exciting developments and will continue to provide you with relevant advice, information, and tools to help you move forward with confidence. ’My Mortgage’ Any regular reader of our newsletter knows how much we value providing information and insights that help you achieve your goals. Over the past few months, we have been working on ways in which we can deliver tailored mortgage information to our existing clients and we are excited to say, new for 2023 we will be launching ‘My Mortgage’! My Mortgage will enable you to access your current mortgage rate, approx outstanding balance and provide essential alerts when rates are increasing, for example when your fixed rate is approaching the end of its agreed period. If you currently have a mortgage arranged by our team, that hasn’t been redeemed, you will receive an email over the next few weeks asking you to log in and create an account. This will give you access to regular communications and your ‘My Mortgage’ information. The launch of ‘Home of Specialist Finance’ We at Home of Mortgages will be celebrating our 10th anniversary in September and we feel privileged to have been advising you on your home finance and buy to let investments for so long. Working alongside our clients and introducers, we have seen a steady increase in enquiries for both commercial mortgages and requests for short term borrowing. We are delighted to be able to now offer our business customers, investors and property developers advice on finance options in 2023, as we welcome Michael Collins to our team.
