Directors and staff at one of Barking and Dagenham’s leading firms of mortgage brokers are celebrating after winning a prestigious award in recognition of the high standards of customer service they offer.
Home of Mortgages was named as the winner of the Customer Service category at the Barking and Dagenham Chamber of Commerce Awards 2017.
As part of the rigorous judging process for the award, the Home of Mortgages team made a detailed submission to the judges setting out their commitment to exceptional customer service.
One of the most eye-catching elements of the firm’s commitment to customer service is its use of Feefo customer service ratings. On completion of each client’s matter, the firm invites them to rate the service they have received and to leave a review, which is automatically published on the firm’s website, giving the firm a strong incentive to deliver customer service excellence.
